CERAMIC SCULPTURES AND PRIMITIVE METHODS OF FIRING
In the heart of my sculpture practice is firing ceramic sculptures with an open fire. The technique is unpredictable: during the firing the cracking appears, the smoke gives the sculptures a deep black hue and fire cleans some parts grey and white. Sometimes I incorporate cast parts or found objects into the sculptures.
